jx新型组合式选粉机总体及分级部分设计

摘 要

新型组合式选粉机从功能上兼具粗粉分离器和选粉机性能，变系统气、料两路走为一路走，实现了简化系统的目的。本设计在机体的分级结构中将涡流分级、惯性分级、离心分级原理学科学地组合在一起，物料在选粉机内不同部位经过了几次不同方式的反复分选、清洗、分离彻底，且从结构上消除了风速梯度，保证了分选区气流场稳定，因而可以达到较高的选粉效率。其自带一组低阻高效旋风收尘器，可将80％的合格成品收集下来，大大减轻了下一级收尘器的处理压力和工作负荷，使系统的运转率更高，投资更省。而且采用下部进风的型式，使系统阻力更小，工艺布置更紧凑。

Abstract

Ithaseliminated the gradient of wind speed just from structure, have guaranteed the grading district site of air current stability andmay reach higher choose powder efficiency.Takinga group of low resistanceefficient whirlwind receive dust ware.Itwill qualified finished product of 80% collect , alsoalleviatenext a level receipt dust greatly the handling of ware pressure and working load, make systematic operation rate higherandmakefewerinvestment. Meanwhile, itwill enterthe type of wind with bottom;soit will make systematic resistance less, technical arrangement more compacter.
