The warm family environment has a direct and critical role for the healthy growth of college students,and is also conducive to the stability of the society and the long-term stability of the country.Therefore,we should vigorously advocate the family culture of“rule by virtue”,“build a home scientifically”,“build a civilized family”,“learn to live in harmony”,and protect families.
In the modern society,the most important thing to create a warm family environment is to pay attention to the establishment of a good family structure.A healthy and normal family must have a sound structure and organization.The family structure refers to the relationship between the parents who have direct relationship with the college students and the relationship of interest,and the status of the family formed by this relationship.Want to have a family structure and good organization,on the one hand to have the authority to reasonable distribution,because of a family's authority over power or confusion,are unable to properly perform its functions;on the other hand,the family members to family roles and match their identity,to bear the corresponding duties and obligations so,one family can show their work and play their respective functions.The family is developed according to the stage,in different stages of development,each has its own special topics to solve.The development of family members,family relationship changes will affect the change of family structure,when faced with the change of family structure,college students should establish a reasonable cognition,to predict psychological topic may encountered in the new stage,also prepared to accept and adapt to these problems,in order to go through various stages of development.
Most of the time is spent in the university campus,university education should cultivate good character of College Students'self-esteem,self-discipline,self-reliance and good psychological quality to help improve the self consciousness of college students,the correct understanding of self,and form a reasonable self-evaluation,the cultivation of College Students'emotional health,help them to improve the method of regulating emotions.Self control ability,enhance the students to overcome difficulties,to withstand the test,the ability to withstand setbacks,enhance the happy life experience.When faced with the change of family structure to carry out mental health education,to help students adjust effectively according to their physical and mental development characteristics and the law of education,to carry out effective mental health education and psychological counseling,to find the most effective way to solve in the face of mental confusion,exerts its function for the effects of family function on college students mental health.
D.Playing a role in Society and Schools
The level of mental health of family members in favor of family function,the community is a big collective,close contact with mental health services to thousands of households,family members play a strong support,when facing work pressure,marriage crisis,children's education and interpersonal problems,when families get timely resolve the confusion good play,and positive significance to family function.As the main force of the social future,college students are the important target of community mental health service.The community can enhance publicity,raise public awareness of mental health,make parents aware of the important influence of family function on students'mental health,and constantly improve family functions,so as to provide a strong family environment for college students'growth.In addition,the family life education program is carried out and psychological health counseling is provided.When coping with stress and intervening in crisis,we should actively respond.When family members die and suffer from major accidents,they can get psychological counseling accordingly,so that mental health services will have the greatest impact in the community.In recent years,psychological intervention in China is to play an active role,such as after the earthquake relief work,the government to strengthen the emphasis on mental health,to carry out extensive publicity work,in line with international standards,the establishment of relevant service model complete accord with China's national conditions and make professional organizations to work together with the community,schools,families,individuals and other parties and accelerate the establishment of psychological intervention mechanism,improve the relevant legislation,promote the psychological health of the law to ensure that related to mental health maintenance as soon as possible.
Colleges and universities should strengthen the campus culture construction of College Students'mental health.The campus cultural environment is an invisible force,which plays an active role in promoting the mental health of college students.First,to solve difficulties for college students.College students with low mental health tend to have more practical difficulties in their lives.In view of this,the school should be in accordance with the practical situation of each student loans,take part-time jobs,social assistance and tuition waiver etc.,effectively solve the problem of college students family economic difficulties,which can effectively alleviate their psychological pressure,ensure that students can study and live in a happy state of mind.Second,at the beginning of the new academic year,schools should organize relevant departments to investigate mental health problems of freshmen and freshmen,and build archives for each person's mental health.This is beneficial to the timely investigation of problems and the ability to intervene quickly.In addition,to screen out the high risk mental health problems among the college students,to prevent them in advance and to avoid the enlargement of the problems.Third,the strengthening of the psychological counseling team in Colleges and universities.We should carry out examination,selection,training and adjustment for those engaged in mental health problems,so as to ensure that students'psychological consultation can receive practical results and avoid students'feeling of disappointment and helplessness.Fourth,set up a variety of forms of mental health education activities.The compulsory course of mental health education,subject class form,through the"mental health"and"Mental Health Week"and other ways to carry out various types of organized lectures,group counseling,knowledge contest and other activities,popularize the knowledge of psychological health,improve the mental health of College students.

This paper through the comparison of the psychological health education of college students between the two countries,the two countries found in mental health education of college students and their own characteristics,in the introduction,absorption and reference of the advanced experience of the western countries,should not blindly copy mechanically,to seek truth from facts,based on the China situation,pay attention to the actual effect of education the advantages,the psychological health education of college students in our country continue to develop,China and localization process of promoting the mental health of college students in china.
