杭州市跨境电商发展的现状及对策研究

Abstract

Undertheguidanceofthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandthescientificoutlookondevelopment,theindustrialstructureofHangzhouhaschangedfromthetraditional”serviceindustry”tothemodern”serviceindustry”.Intermsofstabilizinggrowth,increasingemploymentandoptimizingthestructure,theserviceindustryisplayinganincreasinglyimportantroleandbecominganimportantstrengthofHangzhou.TheFifthPlenarySessionofthe18thCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChina(CPC)ontheformulationofthe13thFive-YearPlanforNationalEconomicandSocialDevelopmentadoptedinthe”openingupthemarket,promotingthehigh-qualityandefficientdevelopmentoftheserviceindustry”paidgreatattentionto.However,duringthe”13thFive-YearPlan”period,therearesomeproblemsinthedevelopmentprocessofourserviceindustry,suchas:thevalue-addedrateofserviceindustryislowandthestructureisunreasonable.Theessenceof”cross-bordere-commerce”inHangzhouis”efficiency”,”sharing”and”convenience”.ApplyingittotheservicefieldisamainwayoftheunreasonableserviceindustrystructureandlowaddedvalueinHangzhouatpresent.ThispaperanalyzestheinfluencemechanismofHangzhou’sinternationaltradeonthedevelopmentofserviceindustry,thecorrelationbetweenitandthemaindevelopmentindexofserviceindustryandthesizeofitsinfluence,clarifiestheroleofinternationaltradeonthedevelopmentofserviceindustry,andputsforwardthedevelopmentofHangzhou’sinternationaltradefromtheperspectiveofinternationaltradedevelopment,aimingattheproblemsfacingHangzhou’sinternationaltradedevelopment.PoliciesandmeasurestopromotethedevelopmentofChina’sservicesector.
